Brought my vehicle in to this repair shop due to my primary mechanic that I use being otherwise occupied and unavailable. I was less than satisfied when I brought a vehicle into a repair shop explaining to them what the issue was and was not given a quote. I did receive a phone call some hours later after my card been there and they explained to me that in fact it was what I brought it in there for and they were going to machine the exhaust manifold reseal them and extract bolts from the block. I told them to not perform any work because the price was much higher than I was willing to pay for this particular repair. When I pick my vehicle up from the shop was charged 80 something dollars for a diagnostic fee. Even though the problem was exactly what I dropped it off for The only diagnostic they did was telling me that there was a broken bolt and that several of the bolts were rusty and charged me $83 for something that I already knew. My advice take your vehicle somewhere else that has a flat rate for the shop fee and that uses a program that tells the mechanic or technician how much a job costs because that benefits you as the customer and that that job will always cost that mu

Came in to get a diagnostic for a ESC light on my car. They went above and beyond with the diagnostic and told me about an airbag issue and that it was under warranty. They were very communicative with letting me know that they would keep my car a little longer than needed and what other issues my car could have.
